Orders of $10 or more ship free to any US address — no code needed, the discount applies automatically at checkout. Orders under $10 ship at live carrier rates calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers We Use
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the best option for your order's size and destination:
- USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage — most screw, keycap, and small-parts orders (the majority of what we ship)
- UPS Ground — larger orders, bulk packs, and repair kits
- FedEx — select shipments where it's the fastest option to your area
Tracking
Every order — no exceptions — ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your label is created. You can follow your package from our door to yours.
Delivery Estimates
After the 24-hour processing window, typical US transit times are:
- Southeast US: 1–3 business days
- East Coast & Midwest: 2–4 business days
- West Coast: 3–5 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package is stalled or marked delivered but hasn't arrived, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and get a replacement or refund moving.
