M2.5 x 6mm screws pair the mid-size M2.5 thread with a 6 mm length. They are common on laptop bottom covers and motherboard mounts, arcade fight-stick cases, security cameras and folding-knife scales. Every 6 mm M2.5 screw in the store is listed here, including laptop cover sets.

M2.5 and M2 look alike, so measure the thread before ordering. On bottom covers, the longer screws often sit near the hinges; note where each length came from, because a 6 mm screw in a 4 mm hole can push up into the keyboard deck. Measure an old screw with calipers: the thread diameter gives the M number and the length gives the second figure. On a countersunk head the length is measured overall, head included; on a flat-bottomed head it is measured from under the head to the tip.
